His career spans elite brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, and Audi, where he held roles ranging from Factory-Trained Technician to Shop Foreman. Michael’s certifications include advanced engine performance, hybrid technology, and highline manufacturers, making him a versatile and highly skilled technician. 

Bilingual and customer-focused, Michael leverages his leadership expertise to ensure the White Glove team delivers unparalleled results. Joining the team in 2024, Michael continues to set the standard for precision, efficiency, and innovation. 

Wes has built an illustrious career in the automotive industry, with over two decades of hands-on experience specializing in European and luxury vehicles. From 2000 to 2020, he honed his skills as a technician with GLB Motorworks and Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis, earning Mercedes certification along the way. Wes further advanced his career as Shop Foreman at Bespoke Motorsports before joining White Glove in 2022. 

In addition to his extensive technical expertise, Wes has specialized training in audio system installations and radar detection systems, adding to his versatile skill set. Certified as a State Inspector and bringing 20+ years of experience, Wes’s leadership and technical knowledge make him an invaluable asset to the White Glove team. 

With over 20 years of diverse automotive experience, Charles has distinguished himself as a versatile and skilled technician. His career includes tenures at Dobbs, where he earned ASE certifications and emissions training, and at local dealerships, where he gained recognition as a Service Quality Specialist at Seeger Toyota. Additionally, Charles was a Certified Technician at Century Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, further broadening his expertise in American vehicles. 

Since joining White Glove in 2024, Charles has applied his extensive knowledge across 10+ vehicle brands to deliver precision and excellence. His dedication to technical mastery and client satisfaction underscores his invaluable contributions to the White Glove mission. 

Zach’s journey in the automotive world began at a young age, building engines and working on vehicles alongside his father. He turned his passion into a career, earning his ASE Master Technician certification, alignment technician certification, and numerous manufacturer credentials. With a professional history spanning over 20 years, Zach has held roles such as Lead Technician, Service Manager, and Diagnostic Technician at prestigious establishments like Exotic Motors Midwest, Land Rover, and Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis. Zach joined White Glove in 2023, bringing expertise in diagnostics, racing team contributions, and advanced training in audio systems and diagnostics strategies. His versatility and leadership make him a cornerstone of our team. 

Stanley exemplifies the future of the automotive industry. A graduate of North Technical School, he combines a solid educational foundation with practical experience gained from working on vehicles for friends and family. Since joining White Glove as an apprentice in 2023, Stanley has demonstrated a relentless drive to learn and grow. His passion for automotive excellence and commitment to his craft ensure a bright future in the industry. 

Abed Tarifi’s journey in the automotive world began at the age of 12, working alongside his grandfather on American muscle cars in his home country of Jordan. This early exposure to the craft ignited a passion for the industry and laid the groundwork for his future expertise. 

Abed’s drive to excel brought him to the United States, where he established his own shop in Florida, specializing in engine rebuilds for all makes and models. Over the course of 18 years, he developed a deep well of knowledge and honed his skills in diagnostics and complex engine repairs. 

Since joining White Glove Services in 2022, Abed has become a cornerstone of our team. His ability to diagnose and rebuild engines with precision and care has solidified his reputation as a master in his field. Abed’s dedication ensures that every customer receives the highest standard of service, making him an invaluable part of the White Glove family. 

Austin evolved from a contracted hire to a White Glove team member in 2024, leveraging over seven years in photography and graphic design. His creative talents drive the company’s social media presence and marketing initiatives, capturing the sleek beauty and luxury precision of White Glove’s work through stunning imagery and engaging content. 

Chris, founder of his own successful enterprise- Autostyles, joined White Glove in 2023. Chris’s success is due to consistently high-quality results in custom vinyl wraps and window tinting. He is known throughout the industry for his meticulous and detailed work, Chris transforms vehicles into commissioned works of art, bringing to life every client’s vision with precision and creativity. 

Leah, co-founder of Autostyles, specializes in branding and design for businesses, including custom vinyl signage, clothing, and embroidery. She brings a unique ability to create personalized, high-quality products that elevate client branding and vehicle customization. 

George’s journey in the automotive industry began at the age of 16 when he discovered his passion for cars. After moving to the U.S. from Palestine, he and his brother started a cell phone shop, which quickly expanded to include car audio services and remote start installations. This early entrepreneurial experience laid the foundation for George’s career in automotive innovation. 

In pursuit of his passion for vehicles, George enrolled in a two-year collision repair program at Ranken Technical College, earning his ICAR certification. With a decade of hands-on experience in bodywork and light mechanics, George developed a reputation for precision and excellence. 

In 2018, George transitioned into the locksmith business, a field that combined his technical skills and love for problem-solving. Over the years, he has continuously upgraded his expertise, now capable of programming keys and locks for 90% of vehicles on the market. For George, locksmithing and programming are more than a job—they are a hobby and a passion that drive him to master every aspect of the craft. 

In late 2024, George expanded his capabilities by adding ADAS calibration services to his portfolio, specializing in the calibration of radar systems and 360-degree camera systems. This commitment to staying at the forefront of automotive technology ensures that his work remains innovative and reliable. 

Now, through his partnership with White Glove Exotic Services, George provides comprehensive solutions for customers, all conveniently under one roof. His dedication to learning and expanding his expertise exemplifies the White Glove commitment to delivering unparalleled service and cutting-edge technology.
